I'm Katie, frequently known as elegy. I work as a vet tech. I own too many pets. I enjoy training my dogs, playing assorted dog sports, reading, hiking, and photography. I have a little bit of an internet addiction.
I have three dogs. Luce is a shelter pit bull and my first "real" dog. She's my heart, my soul, and my headache. Button-pusher extraordinaire. Super Rally obedience dog. Tolerable traditional obedience dog. A pair of bum knees limits the rest of our options. I could not have asked for a better dog.
Mushroom is also a rescue pit bull. He has no sporting abilities. He mostly just eats, farts, takes up room on the couch, and barks at the neighbors.
Steve is my nutcase sport-bred Border Collie. He's a flyball machine. Hopefully he'll be an amazing agility dog too. Someday. When I actually manage to get him trained. He's also a great hiking buddy.
